CSIR@80 | G-STIC Conference

2025 Conference Packages

The CSIR@80 | G-STIC Conference offers a unique platform for organisations to showcase cutting-edge technologies that align with the theme of science, technology and innovation (STI) for a sustainable future. The exhibition area will facilitate business-to-business and business-to-government engagement between exhibitors, policymakers, investors and researchers, accelerating real-world solutions and encouraging audience participation through interactive displays. Explore the exhibition packages below and choose the one that best suits your needs.

Option 1: free-standing stand

This package includes a 3m x 2m floor space without a shell scheme. It is ideal for organisations with limited budgets who still wish to be part of the exhibition.

Option 2: standard package

This is a 3m x 3m stand package that includes both floor space and a professionally designed shell scheme, provided by the CSIR. The shell scheme offers a clean, uniform look and can be customised by the exhibiting organisation at their own cost, in direct liaison with the appointed service provider.

Option 3: executive package

This 6m x 3m executive stand offers generous space to showcase your products, services and solutions — ideal for engaging with a high number of visitors. The package includes both floor space and a professionally designed shell scheme, provided by the CSIR. The shell scheme offers a clean, uniform look and can be customised by the exhibiting organisation at their own cost, in direct liaison with the appointed service provider.

Please note:
All exhibition shells, equipment, electronics, systems, furniture and accessories provided by the appointed stand builder must be returned to the service provider at the end of the conference.
